Instructions to Candidates

1. Fill in the application form carefully with all the required details and click Submit to preview your application.
2. Verify the entered information in the preview page. If any corrections are required, go back to the application form and update the necessary details.
3. Note down your Application Number and proceed to make the payment using the provided payment link.
4. After successful payment, download the submitted application form using your Application Number and Transaction ID.
5. Submit the printed hard copy of the application form along with all the required supporting documents to SSAHE within the prescribed time.
